The main reasons people come to us are to ensure their clothes look fantastic with professional cleaning and pressing, or because they value the time they save, want to extend the life span of their textiles, need to remove difficult stains or odors, or have items that can’t be cleaned properly at home (like wools and silks).
All textiles (even cottons and polyesters) degrade in quality every time they’re cleaned, and most home or laundromat washing is particularly rough. Our expert processes minimize that loss while taking active steps to help your clothes and other textiles last longer.
So whether you come to us for specific items or services, or you just enjoy the convenience and time you save by having someone else clean your stuff and you want us to do it all, we’ve got you covered!
Yes! Our plant is equipped with multiple industrial washers and dryers that can efficiently clean your bedding, towels, undergarments, and any other clothes or household textiles that just need to be cleaned without any special handling.
We use premium, imported detergents from Kreussler for most laundered and wet cleaned textiles, and your items will be cleaned separately from any other customers. Please see our Services page for more information.
Full Service is our gold-plated solution engineered to make your items look fantastic and actively preserve their life span. All dry cleaned and specialty items are automatically treated with Full Service, as are any laundered items that you have us tag in separately or which require special handling. All items treated with Full Service are priced individually.
Laundry Service is our every day home laundry service for clothes, bedding, towels, or other household textiles that just need to be cleaned without any special treatment; it is priced by the bag.

Yes! Our expert tailors are some of the best in all of Las Vegas. If you know your measurements and what you need altered, simply drop off your clothes at any of our locations or have them picked up from your home or office for free. If you would like to be professionally measured, come by our plant and speak directly to a tailor for no additional cost. Our tailors are available most days between 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, but it’s recommended to first call our production plant support counter at (702) 798-1247 to confirm.
Our free pickup and delivery route service with complimentary concierge support runs Monday – Friday. We pick up and deliver to homes and offices throughout Greater Las Vegas.
Several of our stores are open 24/7 due to our next-generation semi-autonomous smart store technology. Most of our traditional stores are open Monday – Saturday, while a few stores and our centrally-located production plant are open seven days a week. Special holiday hours may apply; please check our store locations page and Google listings for more information.
Once your clothes are picked up or you drop them off, our standard turnaround time for both Full Service and Laundry Service is by the end of the second full business day (excluding weekends). Alterations typically take 3-5 business days. Shoe, wallet, belt, and bag services are provided by a third-party partner located out of state and may take several weeks.
Yes! For most laundry and wet cleaning, we use premium environmentally-friendly detergents from Kreussler. For dry cleaning, we use hydrocarbon solvents which are significantly safer and have lower environmental impact than perchloroethylene (the solvent traditionally used in dry cleaning), and we re-use those hydrocarbons where possible and dispose of them properly when they have reached their end of useful life.
We also re-use various supplies (such as metal hangers) where possible, and our plant uses a recycler for our conventional recyclable waste. We actively pursue steps to reduce our use of water and natural gas. Lastly, customer clothes that have been abandoned are sold, donated, or recycled so they stay out of landfills.
We won’t handle most natural furs, leather jackets, or rugs, but we can clean almost any other garment or textile. We do offer cleaning and reconditioning of many leather-based items including shoes, wallets, belts, and bags through a third-party partner that specializes in those items. We reserve the right to reject cleaning or handling any items at our discretion, such as where we believe there is a safety issue or that our handling or cleaning is likely to damage the item.
Yes, not only do we service business accounts; half of our entire plant is dedicated specifically to business customers, and we’ll pick up and drop off for free anywhere in Greater Las Vegas.
We clean thousands of employee uniforms every day, and can also expertly handle chef coats, bedding, towels, table cloths, and most other garments and textiles where cleanliness and/or presentation are paramount. In addition, we can offer discounted personal cleaning services to your executives and employees, and potentially also to your customers.

Absolutely! We frequently offer various discounts and promotions to our SMS and e-mails lists, but for our best consumer discount we recommend becoming a Platinum Member which gets you a full year of 20% off almost all of our services.
