Advent Cleaners LLC, dba Al Phillips Cleaners, Al Phillips the Cleaner, and Thrift DLux, is the owner and operator of this website and the provider of various services. Timeless Cleaners, Inc., our parent company, may also be involved either directly or indirectly in any aspect of our services or business. For purposes of this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”), words like “we,” “our,” or other similar first-person terms refer to Advent Cleaners LLC or Timeless Cleaners, Inc., respectively as applicable.

This Privacy Policy describes how we handle and process your data and other personal information. The Privacy Policy is subject to and shall be construed as part of the Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), which is hereby incorporated by reference. 

By interacting with us across any channel or platform, transacting with us, contacting us, or using any of our Services, you automatically consent to this Privacy Policy in its entirety to the fullest extent allowed by law. In the event that the Privacy Policy is later updated, any continued interaction with us after the update shall constitute your acceptance of the revised version of the Privacy Policy.

  • Information pertaining to garments or other textiles that you furnish to us for purposes of receiving our Services

In the event of any change of control of our company or its assets, we may transfer your Information to an assignee as necessary in our sole discretion.

We also may be required by law to disclose your Information upon receipt of orders issued by any courts or government entities that have jurisdiction over us.

 

4. Retention of Your Information and Your Choices

We may retain copies of your Information as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, deliver our Services to you, and otherwise conduct our business. Your Information may also be purged from our records at various times as business or other conditions warrant.

You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by replying STOP to text messages or using the unsubscribe link in emails. Transactional text messages, which may be necessary for you to conduct business with us due to various technical and operational necessities, will come from a different phone number than marketing messages and will not be affected by opting out of marketing messages. You may also opt out of transactional text messages, but please note that doing so may prevent you from conducting business with us.
